How do I register for an account and start my trial?

You can use our registration page to start your account with us straight away. We don’t need credit card or other billing information from you – just your details so we know how to reach you and offer some help!

What do I get on the 14-day trial?

You’ll get full access to our system and its features (and our lovely support team!). There are no restrictions on trial account functionality.

What should I do on my free trial?

We recommend exploring the system to make sure it meets your requirements initially – you’re also very welcome to arrange a demo with our team so we can show you around! Many of our clients will complete their initial setup during their 14-day trial, and anything you do will carry over to your subscription when you subscribe.

Will I lose my data once the free trial ends?

If your free trial with us ends, we’ll store your data securely on our servers for 30 days. So long as you subscribe before then, you’ll be able to pick up exactly where you left off.

What if it’s not for me and I’d like to stop using it early?

While we hope you’ll succeed in your Trial, if you’d like to stop using Linnworks, feel free to contact us and we’ll reach out to advise you.

Are there any contracts?

Our monthly plans are very flexible – we don’t tie you into a contract, and you can choose to cancel, upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. If you choose to pay annually, then you can still upgrade if you wish, but can only move to another annual plan (and you’ll be billed pro-rata if so!). Finally, if you choose a Corporate account with us, there may be a contract should you choose to pay for additional services like dedicated servers or account management.

Are there any extras to pay for?

Unless you choose additional services such as bespoke modules or custom development, we don’t charge you anything extra for using our software. We don’t charge a percentage of turnover or anything extra for new channels – just a flat fee for each user license on our system. So no nasty surprises!

Do the prices include VAT/Tax?

All of our prices exclude VAT, so any applicable taxes will also be added. If your business is registered in an EU member state, you can provide us with your VAT registration number prior to subscribing, in order to avoid being charged VAT.

Can I get a discount on your prices?

Absolutely! If you’re interested in lowering the overall costs, one of our annual plans may be of interest to you. In exchange for paying for the period up front, you’ll receive a 20% discount.

What if I change my mind after I subscribe?

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee – if you find you aren’t happy with the system within 14 days of first subscribing and you’d like to cancel, please contact us and we’ll be happy to refund your first subscription payment with us.

Can I change my plan? Do I need to pay anything extra if I do?

If you’re on a monthly plan, you’re welcome to upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. If you choose to upgrade, we will charge you ‘pro-rata’; effectively for a new month of subscription, but deducting any time we owe you from your last invoice. If you choose to downgrade, we’ll maintain your service level until the end of the period you’ve paid for – at the end of that period, your next invoice will be at the new level you have selected. Annual accounts work in a similar way, but can only upgrade either to a monthly or annual plan with additional users, and can only downgrade to a monthly subscription in the last month of their subscription. We don’t charge anything for the act of changing the account itself.

How may I cancel? Do I need to give any notice?

While we’d hate to see you go, we don’t require any specific notice period. Just get in touch with our friendly team or request a cancellation from your account page, and we’ll be able to assist you in this. Once you cancel your account, we’ll hold your data on our servers for 30 days should you change your mind, after which it will be deleted.

If I pay annually, what happens once my contract expires?

We’ll send you a reminder to ensure you’re aware that your renewal date is coming up – at the end of your contract, you’ll be able to either choose to renew your plan annually once again, or to renew on a monthly basis.

Can I change my billing details later on?

Yes, you can change both your payment method and the billing details whenever you wish. This can be done from your account page.

I’m on the ‘legacy’ pricing right now. Can I move to the new plans?

Yes, you’re free to move to the new plans as soon as you’re ready. Once you’ve moved across, you’ll benefit from all the features of the new pricing including our 24/7 support.
